This storage concept consists of a set of racking units which form an internal lane with support rails for the pallets.

The electric stacker enters the lane with the load elevated above the support rail that it will be placed upon. Guide rails facilitate electric stacker maneuvers, thereby aiding movement and minimizing the possibility of accidental damage.

Jay Equipment’s drive-in storage systems are offered in wide range of features and specifications. This storage system allows products of a single SKU to be stored in the same lane. The system only requires a minimum number of aisles to operate and enables maximum use of space. The system is ideal for homogeneous products with a large number of pallets per SKU. The major components of the system are guide/rolling rail, motor, drive axle, support & fixing beam, safety cells and stops, control panel, frame, beam etc.
